Individual shop reconciliation is achieved through the Shops Reconciliation module which in integrated with Sales Order Processing.

Each shop unit may be reconciled weekly or daily, to include opening and closing stocks, short deliveries and goods transferred between shops. Cash sales of items like crisps and soft drinks can be controlled separately as can materials brought in for snack production.

The system is flexible enough to take into account money paid from the till for services such as window cleaning, cash collected by the bakery and monies banked, till floats and deposits for cakes. The valued reconciliations may be on a daily, weekly or period basis and as the other CERES modules, you can program report headings and descriptions to meet your own requirements.
